What is Microsoft Teams Direct Routing?
Microsoft Teams Direct Routing lets you make and receive normal phone calls (PSTN) from the MS Teams app. Viacloud connects Teams to the public phone network using secure SIP trunks and our SBCs, so MS Teams works like a full business phone system through which you can make calls both locally and internationally.
Do we need new phones or hardware?
No. You can call from the Teams desktop, mobile, and web apps.
Can we keep our existing business numbers?
Yes. Viacloud can port your current numbers or add new local/international numbers. Your caller ID can show your business number as usual.
Will Direct Routing work with our current PBX or call center?
