VB2018084 - Sales Coordinator
Bahrain - Manama
- Lead generation through tele-calling, personal contacts and references, fixing meetings and calendar for sales team
- Tracking of postpaid leads and their status
- Calling existing customers – feedback / upsell / appointment
- Liaise and push any issues between technical and sales with aim to meet SLAs
- Make and send proposals, rates, etc. to customers as required
- Daily Tracking of postpaid activity – calls, meetings, new and existing customers usage, declining usage, growing usage, etc.
- Support postpaid Sales/support teams with calls, chats, emails
- Occasionally accompany Sales team for sales meeting
- Other miscellaneous activities as assigned by management
- Any Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
