  24 Hour Call Center for Viacloud

Viacloud has centralized its multi-lingual call center operation in Amman, Jordan and has scaled up its operational capacity to serve customers around the clock, seven days a week. Mr. Abdalla Al Kawasimi, Viacloud's Deputy General Manager, stated that "the ability to serve our customers in a variety of languages, 24 hours a day and seven days a week, is a natural extension of our customer-centric strategy of ensuring best-in-class service and support in every product and market segment in which we operate.”
