Premium Quality The calls are passed over a TDM (Time Division Multiplexing) link deployed on a fiber backbone network.
Resilience In the remote possibility of a problem with any destination, the call is sent over an independent backup premium quality route.
Security Calls made from this service are not passed from any other customer networks or any private networks once they reach Viacloud.
Premium Saving For all the premium features above, our rates are actually better than other similar services in the market.

How does it work?
Once you register with Viacloud, all your international calls will be routed by your main telephone provider to Viacloud Telecom’s platform. We have arrangements with Batelco so that your international calls get automatically diverted to the Viacloud Network, where we deploy our premium quality interconnect to complete your international calls seamlessly. Default logic is set so that any international calls made from these numbers would automatically be completed by Viacloud. You will be charged by Viacloud for the successful calls only. We must keep it in context that it is a special facility for international calling only and the local calls made from these numbers will continue to be completed by your phone line provider.
In a nutshell, this relives you from the hazards of changing your telephone numbers or using any access numbers / PIN numbers to make international calls. You can simply carry on with your existing Batelco fixed lines. Even you do not require to add any hardware and or to re-programme your PABX.
At the end of the month, you will receive two bills, one from Batelco for the line rental and the local calls made, and the other from Viacloud for the international calls made.
While call patterns vary as per the nature of business, in general this service provides savings of about 20% to 40% from standard IDD rates.
Customization of Billing
Our bills are segregated by line for each user and we can also provide segregation on the basis of a secure PIN for each user in your company.
Recently we have moved to an e-billing platform so bills are delivered on time and directly to the correct department in your company. We can also provide hard copy bills on request.
